Below is some of the feedback we have received from dances where we have
performed:
De Winton Friends of St George
I had the good fortune to be invited to a birthday party/barn dance at a
church hall in 2003 where Peter Folk were playing, I believe for the first time
as a group. I was impressed by the presentation and also believe I was the first
booking they received.
I inaugurated and ran the St Georges celebration weekend at Longford and still
do but now with the help of a committee. Peter Folk have played at our annual
barn dance since 2004 and we are happy to see them back each year, they enjoy
themselves and enter into the spirit of the occasion.
This is a competent group possessing good entertainment ability whilst earning
money for a good cause.
